Maison Garcin is a beautiful and secluded Manor House situated on the border of Lot-et-Garonne and The Gers.
A sympathetic restoration was completed in 2024. The house has been modernised throughout whilst retaining its rustic charm.
The Grand Tour
Maison Garcin has been thoughtfully renovated and now boasts seven bedrooms, a swimming pool, an external kitchen and a private park with woodlands.
Off the entrance hallways there is a large kitchen, dining room, drawing room and study. With ancillary rooms (butler's pantry and laundry) located off the back passage.
Set amongst 20 acres of landscaped park and down a half mile drive, the house is completely private.
The pool and outdoor kitchen look out over the park.

For those looking to explore the surrounding Gascon countryside, the local villages and towns have a huge amount to offer. Endless walks amongst sunflower fields, mediaeval towns, abbeys and churches, gastronomic wizardry, all set amongst the famous Gascon armagnac producers.
We have included a section on the local area and Gascony within.
