Maison Garcin is a stylish and secluded manoir situated on the border of Lot-et-Garonne and The Gers in the south west of France.
A comprehensive restoration was completed in 2024 with the house modernised throughout and charm restored.
Sleeping​
Comfortably sleeps up to 14 people.
7 large bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms: 4 superking rooms, and 3 twin rooms. The seven bathrooms comprise 4 large walk-in showers, and 3 large bath tubs.

Upstairs bedrooms all fitted with silent air conditioning.

A large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, drawing room, second drawing room, boot room, butler's pantry and laundry room.
Outdoors
The house is at the end of a half mile drive, set in 20 acres of natural parkland, allowing for complete privacy.
The swimming pool is located close to the​ outdoor entertaining area.
​
The outdoor area boasts a large open fireplace overlooking the park, ideal for cooking and eating under the stars.
Entertaining & Exploring
The house is perfect for large and small groups of families and friends, or as a place to celebrate an important event. And for young families, two cots and a baby outdoor playpen are available at the house.

For those looking to explore the surrounding Gascon countryside, the local villages and towns have a huge amount to offer. Endless walks amongst sunflower fields, mediaeval towns, abbeys and churches, gastronomic wizardry, all set amongst the famous Gascon armagnac producers. ​We have included a section on Gascony and the surrounds under the Travel & Gascony page for further regional tips.
